An interesting framework for building conviction around a story and product in entrepreneurship / venture capital:

1/ You are the user and you're sold.

2/ You know someone who genuinely values it—whether it's a friend, an executive at an org, or one of the PortCos.

3/ If neither applies, but the market is telling a different story, then pay attention and understand the "why".
